HOW TO ADVERTISE YOUR RENTAL.

We are always interested to hear from property owners with high quality properties for rental either in Spain or in other countries ideally your property should be furnished to a very high standard and be either beach side or close to other amenities such as golf courses or theme parks.

We will get bookings on your behalf and charge a simple commission for doing so ideally you should have a management company who will arrange the cleaning and keys for the clients and be able to deal with any problems the clients may have during their stay, if not please let us know and we will arrange someone to contact you regarding the care of your property for you.

Please provide by e-mail a detailed description of your property its size and parking arrangements its proximity to shops, nightlife, the beach and other places of interest, we will also require 10 good quality pictures of the property the pool and also the views and perhaps the beach as well.

Can you also include your rates for low season, high season, mid season Christmas and Easter, we will also need you to  include your e-mail address full postal address and telephone number.

Once we have received this we will send you by return a copy of our terms and conditions and an agreement for us to promote your property which you must sign and fax back to us.
