Frequently asked questions
How do I book a property? - If you have seen a property you would like to book please contact us in one of the ways on the contact us page and we will then give you all the details needed to make your booking.
Can I make a general enquiry? - Of course just send you enquiry by e-mail to info@jetsetterholidays.com stating the dates you would like to travel the number or persons in your party, your preferred choice of accommodation and your budget, someone will then contact you within 48 hours.
I have sent a reservation or an enquiry about a property but have not heard back from your office.. - Our staff aim to respond to all booking enquires within 48 hours sometimes however, this is impossible due to seasonal increases in the volume of our enquires, time zones weekends and bank holidays. The main reasons for a lack of response can be typing errors in e-mail addresses; therefore it is very important that you check all that all the details are correct, if you have not heard anything after two working days please call the office on 00 44 (0) 203 239 9292 or send an email to info@jetsetterholidays.com.
Will you search for an alternative accommodation if my original choice is booked? - If the accommodation you have enquired about is already booked for the dates you wish to travel we will contact you with alternatives which are close to your original choice.
How do I know that my booking is confirmed? - Once we have received your signed booking form and your deposit you will receive written confirmation of your booking.
Can I choose the dates that I can book accommodation with you? - Yes can choose we offer as much flexibility as we possibly can for dates of arrival and departure.
I would like to make reservations several months in advance is this possible? - Yes we can take bookings that are up to 1 year in advance but as the prices may alter for that period we will normally discuss this with owner concerned and confirm the price with you.
How can I pay my deposit? - Your deposit should be paid by bank transfer and it will total 30% of your total payment due we must receive the full amount after transfer fees.
What if I book at the last minute? - If you book your accommodation 8 weeks or less before your travel date you will have to transfer the full amount for your accommodation on reserving your accommodation no refunds will be made if you decide to can cell. How will I collect the keys for my accommodation? - Once your accommodation has been paid for in full you will receive full details regarding key collection also this information is contained within your Holiday Let Contract. A taxi can be arranged for you or if you are hiring a car we can provide a map to your chosen accommodation.
Do I have to leave a damage deposit? - Yes when you fill out you Holiday Let Contract you will provide us with a credit card number and authorization to deduct up to 250€ towards any damages you or persons travelling with you make to the property.
What is included in the price? - The price that you have pay includes the use of water electricity cleaning prior to your arrival and freshly laundered linen and towels for the number of guests stated.
Do I need to bring beach towels? - Yes we supply bath towels and hand towels but these are strictly for use inside the apartment only and are not to be taken to the pool or beach.
Can I have extra cleaning during my stay ? - We can if you would like arrange extra cleaning for you please ask for the charges when you make your booking.
Can you provide extra linen? - Yes we can provide extra linen please ask for charges when you book.
Do you have cots & high chairs? - Yes cots and high chairs can be hired to you please see your Holiday let Contract for the prices.
Can you provide a welcome pack if I arrive late at night? - Yes we can please ask for prices when you book or see out Holiday let Contract.
