How to Book

 

 

 

BOOKING YOUR ACCOMMODATION.

Once you have decided on a property, contact us to enquire about availability and any special requests such as car hire, welcome packs etc. 

Your chosen holiday accommodation will be put booking hold for 24 hours after which you must confirm to us that you definitely want the property.

We will then send the Holiday Let Contract to you, which states the terms and conditions and requests the credit card details and a signed authorisation from the person making the reservation. Please fill in all relevant information and return by fax to our office. This form allows us to reserve on your credit card the 30% deposit to hold the property. As the deposit is subject to a 3% charge for the visa card service charge, we do not actually take this money but request the appropriate amount is transferred into our bank in the next 10 working days.

Should the monies not be lodged within a period of 10 days from the receipt of the signed credit card authorisation, the company reserves the right to deduct the appropriate deposit together with the 2% service charge. On receipt of the deposit monies, you will be sent a booking reference number and confirmation of the receipt of monies. Your holiday home is now reserved.

Eight weeks prior to arrival, the balance of the monies must be transferred. Once the company has received the balance, you will be sent the full details and directions to your holiday home. Prior to your arrival in Spain you must send us the preferred key collection information.

We accept payments in either Euros or British sterling. Should you prefer to pay in Sterling, the rate to the Euro will be calculated on the day of booking with us.

Key collection is either via our car hire company who operate a 24hr service of meeting at the airport, pre-booked taxi service also 24hrs or collection from our Fuengirola office on your way to your apartment. Alternatively you can be met at the airport on arrival which will cost €40 payable to the key holder.
