Day 1
A Quick Ride
to Negombo

Whisk away to the quaint shores of Negombo.
Here, amidst the whispers of coconut palms and the
gentle lull of ocean waves, unwind and rejuvenate.
Set forth on your first escapade, a captivating boat ride
across the calm waters of Negombo lagoon. Find
yourself in a living tableau, where the fishing

Day 2
Time to Celebrate
Negombo–Pinnawala–Sigiriya
Head inland to the cultural triangle to explore the

The Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage stands as a
sanctuary born from a noble cause, to offer refuge and
nurture orphaned elephant calves. Amidst the lush
landscapes, visitors witness the captivating daily
routines of these magnificent creatures and gain
insight.
As night falls celebrate with a special dinner at a scenic
location to celebrate your love in this island tour.

In the Ancient Lands
Sigiriya–Polonnaruwa
Again to the ancient times to witness the majesty of
more ancient kingdoms.
Step into the realm of Sigiriya, an awe-inspiring
archaeological and technological marvel. Rising
majestically into the heavens, this 5th-century fortress
and palace complex stand as a testament to human
ingenuity and perseverance.
Enter the hallowed grounds of Polonnaruwa, the seat
of power and unity during Sri Lanka’s golden age from
the 11th to the 13th century. Amidst the remnants of a
once-great kingdom, lies a trove of invaluable life

Sigiriya - Kandy

- Head to the Peradeniya Royal botanical gardens for a time of relaxation
- A time of reverence visiting the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic Visit the different areas of the temple and its surrounding sites as well
Day 5
Tea Time
Kandy-Hatton
In the heart of the tea country, embracing the art of
tea-making becomes an indispensable part of the
journey.
Gaze upon the lush tea plantations that carpet the
rolling hills, and learn of the traditions and
craftsmanship that have made Ceylon tea renowned
the world over.

Day 6
Scenery on the Rails
Hatton-Ella
Traveling by rail through the hill country offers a
tranquil escape, where you can simply lean back, relax,
and soak in the stunning mountain scenery.
Train Journey
- A journey made by train from Hatton all the way to Ella. This is considered to be the most scenic stretch of the upcountry rail network.
Day 7
Descend to the Wild
Ella-Yala
The picturesque town of Ella, nestled in the lush green
hills adds a delightful twist to your journey.
The land boasts of stunning landscapes that offer a
range of memorable nature experiences, from
captivating trails to idyllic locations and scenery that
stretches to the horizon, along with an interesting
culture to witness.
Yala, the country’s most sought after national park. It
offers unparalleled opportunities to encounter three of
the “Big five” of Sri Lanka, the elusive Sri Lankan
leopard to the majestic elephant and the endearing
sloth bear along with a wide variety of wildlife that can
be spotted amidst its adventurous landscapes.
Exploring Ella
- trek to Little Adam’s peak in the freshness of the morning to witness the sunrise
- Head down to visit the nine arch bridge
- See the far reaching scenery through the Ella gap
- Spend some time in the Ella town immersing in its culture
Yala National Park
- Board the jeep for an afternoon safari to observe the fascinating wildlife in stunning habitats of the park
Day 8
The Port City
Yala - Galle
A day to slow down time, allowing for a peaceful pause
to rest and reflect.
Transfer to the tranquil coastal area, where the gentle
sounds of waves lull you into a state of relaxation.
Enter in to the Galle Dutch Fort, a wonder of Sri Lanka’s
colonial past and a living testament to the rich cultural
heritage of the coastal region. The views from the Galle
Dutch Fort are absolutely stunning and are sure to
leave a lasting impression.
As night comes, enjoy your last meal making it special
as a farewell dinner
